Are there any toothpastes that will help for gum disease and receding gums? - gum disease sores more condition_symptoms

I think I mite not get gum disease in sure.my gums are red and sometimes pain in the teeth and now I have to lose a mite tooth.i brush and floss your teeth 3 times its day.hopefully not too late to the treated teeth, but my calling is no more than a month and I am always popular toothpaste worried.if u kno i would be more than happy to try them.thx
